CJ6系列電動(dòng)機(jī)操動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)是我公司自主開發(fā)的隔離開關(guān)用電動(dòng)機(jī)操動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)?？捎糜?0.5kV～1100 kV戶外高壓隔離開關(guān)和接地開關(guān)分、合閘操動(dòng)。其中CJ6B主要用于操動(dòng)40.5kV～72.5kV戶外高壓隔離開關(guān)和接地開關(guān)；CJ6A主要用于操動(dòng)252kV～550 kV戶外高壓隔離開關(guān)和接地開關(guān)； CJ6U主要用于操動(dòng)550 kV及以上特高壓隔離開關(guān)和接地開關(guān)。
CJ6 type motor operating mechanism is independently developed by our company and used for opening and closing operation of 40.5kV～1100 kV outdoor high voltage DS and ES. Among them, CJ6B is mainly used for operating 40.5kV～72.5 kV outdoor high voltage DS and ES; CJ6A is mainly used for operating 252kV～550 kV outdoor high voltage DS and ES; CJ6U is mainly used for operating 550 kV and above UHV DS and ES.

3.結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：Structural Features
CJ6系列機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)主要分為3部分：機(jī)構(gòu)箱、驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)以及面板裝配。
CJ6 type of mechanism mainly divided into three parts: mechanism box, driving mechanism and panel assembly.
l其中機(jī)構(gòu)箱箱體采用優(yōu)質(zhì)304不銹鋼鉚接結(jié)構(gòu)、外形美觀，具有可靠防水、防塵、防腐及防銹蝕，單層門機(jī)構(gòu)箱外殼防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP55級(jí)；雙層門機(jī)構(gòu)箱外殼防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP66級(jí)；
lThe mechanism box adopts excellent 304 stainless steel reveting constructions with good-looking appearance. It is water-proof, dust-proof, anticorrosion and anti-rusted. The enclosure protection level of the mechanism box with single-layer door is IP55; the enclosure protection level of the mechanism box with double-layer door is IP66.
l驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)部分主要由電動(dòng)機(jī)、兩級(jí)蝸輪減速器和控制回路組成。電動(dòng)機(jī)的動(dòng)力通過兩級(jí)蝸輪蝸桿減速，傳給輸出軸，從而帶動(dòng)隔離開關(guān)或接地開關(guān)實(shí)現(xiàn)分閘、合閘動(dòng)作。機(jī)構(gòu)的合閘、分閘及輸出轉(zhuǎn)角、操作時(shí)間都是靠行程(微動(dòng))開關(guān)來控制實(shí)現(xiàn)。
lThe driving mechanism part is consist of motor, twoclass turbine reducer and control circuit. The driving force of the motor will transmit to output shaft by twoclass turbine reducer, then to drive DS or ES to realize opening and closing operation. The opening and closing of the mechanism, output angle and operating time are all realized by the stroke switch(microswitch).
l面板裝配即元器件裝配，元器件全部裝配在一塊操作面板上，各種操作按鈕及開關(guān)位置方便直觀。
lPanel assembly means components assembly, which means all the components should be assembled on one operating panel, and all kinds of operation button and switch positions are easy to be seen.

5 應(yīng)用成果：Application:
CJ6系列電動(dòng)操動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)每年應(yīng)用于國內(nèi)外近200個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目，產(chǎn)量近3000臺(tái)，隨開關(guān)本體遠(yuǎn)銷至白俄羅斯、委內(nèi)瑞拉、菲律賓、埃及、埃塞俄比亞等多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)。
CJ6 motor operating mechanism has been applied to nearly 200 projects in domestic and abroad every year, with nearly 3000 annual output. The mechanisms together with its main body switchgear have been sold to the republic of Belarus, Venezuela, the Philippines, Egypt, Ethiopia and many other countries and places.
